THE LAST CHALLENGE

Hello Friends. After much thought the Stamp-A-Holic's Design Team has decided to close our challenge blog. It was a difficult decision but please know that we have enjoyed creating our projects and especially your participation.

We are bringing you this last Challenge 182 and invite you to participate. This is a 3-D non card challenge to create a cover for a notepad. Any size of notepad that you may have on hand. These make great gifts and are always fun to create and receive.

3D Challenge 179

Nancy here with this gift idea! What a neat gift for someone to say ‘thank you’ or a great hostess gift. ‘Snack & a Movie’ has microwave popcorn, soda & a movie rental gift certificate. It takes approximately 30 minutes to make this and believe me – the thought goes a long way! I used 5 ¼” x 12 and added a 3” piece to make it long enough to go around the 2 liter bottle.(Paisley Petals DSP 122367) This complete ensemble uses only one piece of 12x12 DSP and 1 sheet of 8 ½ x 11 Bravo Burgundy cardstock!

The alphabet is Lovely Letters (115030), the mat is punched using the postage punch. I made a pouch for the popcorn and gift certificate and ‘tied’ it altogether using 1 ¼” Pumpkin Pie ribbon. It’s one of those HAVE FUN projects. I challenge you to make any type GIFT idea!

SAH146 - 3D Challenge

Our challenge this week is to make a Christmas ornament using SU!'s Sizzix die Circle 3D Ornament. This makes a 2" diameter ornament. If you want to make a larger ornament, here is a pattern for a 2 1/2" diameter ornament and a 3" diameter ornament. Download pattern here. Have fun!
