I would like to go with a theme for this week's scrapbook page. The theme is "water." Think of how you use water: cooling off at a lake, watering your garden, having fun at a water park, running through the sprinkler (OK, maybe not you, but your kids/grandkids.. haha.) How do you use water?
You can use any layout, any colors, any number of pictures. Add an appropriate title. Have fun with this!

I have a couple of questions -- Cna the layout be one we have completed in MDS? And do all of the materials have to be Stampin' Up?

Certainly, you can use MDS. We all use Stampin' Up products but you can use any other products that you like.
